NEW CLIENTS START HERE

>> STEP 1: REGISTER

Please CLICK HERE for initial registration page. (Each person attending a session or seeking services must complete a separate registration).

>> STEP 2: Check your email

  • Watch for an email from our offices. (If you don’t see an email immediately, check your spam folder).

  • Email includes a temporary password & username, as well as a link to log-in. (Once logged-in, you can easily change your username or password. Remember to write your username and password in safe place for future reference & log-in ability).

  • Fill out and sign each part of the intake form. Intakes must be completed in full before a session can be scheduled, but you can fill out a section, save it, and then log back in at a later or more convenient time to complete the intake. Once completed, you will be able to view Mr. Fuller’s schedule and make an appointment 24/7

  • It usually takes 3-5 minutes to complete the intake. Sign and save each page. The system will take you automatically to the next page. Final step will be payment information.

  • EACH person attending a session MUST fill out a separate intake form. This ensures all participating have agreed to confidentiality agreements, which may impact others participating with them in the counseling process.

>> STEP 3: SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

AFTER you’ve completed your intake forms, you will immediately be able to review Mr. Fuller’s schedule and make an appointment. (Once your intake is completed, you are considered a ‘Current client’ and you simply log back into your account 24/7 to schedule future appointments, participate in secure video sessions, check existing appointments, create 'repeat' appointments, download invoices, & access your full patient portal).

Contact our offices if you’d like to set up ‘dedicated’ sessions at the same time weekly (or bi-weekly) at a time that is convenient in your schedule. (24-hour cancellation policy applies to both single and dedicated appointments)

Automated, convenient texts, phone & email reminders are sent 48 hours in advance of any scheduled appointment.

We Offer Virtual counseling Sessions!

Clifton Fuller Counseling offer tele-counseling HIPAA- video session (Special thanks to Pexels Andrea Piacquadio for photo 3769021)

Telehealth “enhances health care, public health, and health education delivery and support using telecommunications technologies” (Telehealth Resource Center), offering greater access to mental health services by underserved rural communities, busy professionals, college students (who may have multiple living addresses during a school year), active parents, the elderly, or those unable to travel to offices for standard in-offices session.

Our HIPAA-compliant system allows patients to review available schedule times and select specific times that best suit your own schedule, whether morning, afternoon, or evenings.  This feature allows great flexibility and ease of scheduling for our clients.

Even though many providers are currently using non-HIPAA compliant systems, our HIPAA-Compliant system has been in place for years. We care about patient security and confidentiality! It allows clients to schedule appointments quickly…or even weeks out…and contains a double-secure log-in by both client and therapist.

Due to Clifton Fuller’s licensures, his services are available for Texas residents only.  This allows his clients to have continuity of care, even if they are away from home, such as during summer breaks, for college students who are in college part of the year, for business professionals who must travel, or for those who have unique situations that prevent them from traveling to an in-office counseling session.

After registering and/or scheduling your appointment, please prepare for your Telehealth visit here.

cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy: 24-hour cancellation policy. Full-fee charged if less than 24 hours cancellation. When a client schedules an appointment, other clients are unable to access that time, as it shows as reserved.  It is a courtesy, to both therapist and other clients, to reschedule 24 hours in advance if there’s a conflict with an appointment you’ve scheduled.
