Personal Statement:

make today the first step of your journey toward a happier & more fulfilling life!

Life is full of challenges!

We all experience situations in life that help us grow, bring us joy, and help us find fulfillment. We also experience other situations that leave us confused, sad, angry, and ill-equipped or prepared to address and face these difficulties.

Whether experiencing a crisis or seeking a happier and more satisfying life, I’m here to provide a highly personalized counseling experience specific to your unique needs and goals.

Some people believe they are weak if they need counseling, help from a therapist (or psychotherapist), or a marriage counselor. Some people think they should have all the answers, and understand they are not addressing a mental health issue, but feel ‘stuck’, and feel some insecurity or uncertainty about how to positively move forward in life or in their work. But the opposite is true! Those seeking help are wise enough to recognize their need for assistance and strong enough to ask for help. They understand none of us have all the answers and want a ‘new set of eyes’ or perspectives to help them review and improve their situation.  They are strong! They are wise! They are willing to take action!

In counseling, as a systems therapist, I consider my client’s entire situation. This may include family dynamics, environment, health, friends, job, support networks, etc.  My goal is to help clients discover individual strengths (of which they may be unaware), create a focused direction to acquire the personal growth sought, and find steps to experience life with positive purpose, increased hope, and fulfillment.

We can never undo the past. It is set in stone. But it is not a stone we need to carry for the rest of our life! Each of us has the strength to take deliberate steps to change untrue beliefs we have about ourselves, learn to grow relationships with others, and ability to gain life-changing insights, and set goals for the foundation we want to lay for the future. - Clifton Fuller

I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals!  Let’s begin this journey today!

I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals!  Let’s begin this journey today!

As a life coach, I try to help clients see themselves more clearly, encourage them, help them hold themselves accountable for the changes they seek, and move forward to greater happiness and decision-making in life.

Along this journey, we will work together to discover and address negative messages that may undermine your progress, identify and remove roadblocks, clear the path, and set goals to move forward.

I provide a wide range of services for both in mental health and life coaching. (Click ‘Services’ for an in-depth list of services provided.)

ABOUT CLIFTON FULLER:

Clifton Fuller has extensive experience in counseling, working in the mental health profession for decades as a family, marriage, and individual therapist (since 1985) and expertise in in-patient (hospital) settings. He is unique as he is licensed in three areas (Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counselor, and Clinical Social Worker), while other therapists are typically licensed in only one area. Published Author:

Marriage Vampire: Living with a Narcissistic Personality

The initial publications of the “Marriage Vampire: Living with a Narcissist” sold out, but an updated edition is now available via Amazon (both in paperback form and Kindle downloads).

Mr. Fuller provides client counseling or consultations dealing with an NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) in marriage, family, or work settings. Mr. Fuller also provides workshops for churches, businesses, universities (college-aged students), and mental health groups impacted by the NPD.

If you feel drained, depressed, confused, and disoriented...maybe even feel like you're going crazy, you may have an NPD in your home, church, or business.

For high school students, universities & college-aged parents, or organizations: When many young adults enter into long-term relationships, knowing the warning signs and identifying characteristics of an NPD could help avoid and protect young adults from a charismatic NPD that can cause serious life concerns later in life. Learn how to effectively identify a prospective partner who is just 'too good to be true' or 'perfect for me' and see past the artificial imaging of the NPD to the actual person.

Register online or contact our offices for individual, marital, or family counseling if you know or suspect you have an NPD in your family or to schedule training for your organization’s leaders, churches, universities, or business owners.
