Cancellation Policy
Clients agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy by accepting services in our offices.
When clients reserve an appointment, access to that specific time is not available to anyone else, as it is a dedicated time reserved for you.
It is a courtesy to both the therapist and others to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if a conflict arises with the appointment scheduled.
Reminders: As a courtesy, automated appointment reminders are sent to clients 48 hours before an appointment. This provides clients time to reschedule if needed.
Log in to your client portal to reschedule or cancel your appointment (just as you do to schedule an appointment.)
You can also call our offices, during standard working hours Mon-Thurs 9 am-2 pm, 3 pm-7 pm to speak to our office staff.
Please cancel online (through your secure client portal) or speak with our staff at 210-404-9001. Please do not ask your therapist to reschedule (as therapists do not access log-ins to reschedule appointments and are engaged with counseling sessions)
Full-fee is charged if there is less than 24 hours cancellation.
